Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactThis appears to be a piece which could take on several meanings, contingent upon the context of what the viewer sees.
Is he Fallen because he loves a human woman, or is he perhaps mourning the loss of his Divinity because he loved a human woman?
(I use the male gender here because from the build of the arms and shape of the shoulder, to me, the subject looks male.)
I cannot guess at the technique utilized, but it's a lovely picture to look at, visually appealing, with excellent impact. The colors and shading are both very realistic looking.
